TIPO has held three information events on application strategies for design patents and relevant examination practices in Taipei, Taichung, and Tainan on September 27, October 3, and October 6, respectively. Information of examination guidelines for design patents was shared, and the topics touched upon included real-world examination practices, common problems in the examination process, as well as practical application tips and strategies.
