Giant Group’s Company Policies on COVID-19

In order to sustainably providing our best services and care to our clients and employees, we have taken the appropriate precautions in response to the intensifying situation of the global coronavirus disease (COVID-19) outbreak.
 
We have established our up-to-date policies on precautions and also has been actively applying appropriate contingency measures, including but not limited to:
  1. Daily measurement and records of body temperature for all employees;
  2. Providing necessary sanitizing supplies (e.g. ethanol for disinfection) for all our visitors and employees;
  3. Daily sanitization of the workplace, including for the shared equipment;
  4. Keeping a record of travel history and relevant contact history of the employees and visitors, with corresponding contingency plans;
  5. Establishing and drilling the plans for working-from-home, teleconference and remote working.
We hope to provide our employees a safe working environment which complies with the government’s requirements, while continuously satisfying our clients’ needs.
 
  • We will not compromise the safety of our clients’ sensitive data and documents; for remote working, we have taken the necessary actions to prevent the sensitive data and documents leave or stored outside our office, to ensure the safety of our clients’ information.
  • We have a complete business continuity plan and a well-prepared team; no matter how the situation develops, on the premise of protecting our employees’ and clients’ health, we will continue to provide our full high-quality service to our clients.
  • Our policies represent our ability to agilely react and our competitiveness in the digital era; hence, we are also confident that any precautions taken in response to the disease will not compromise our commitment to providing high-quality service and to operate sustainably.
