Caroline Wang works in handling trademark disputes, including trademark registration statement, application and answering statement of opposition, evaluation and revocation, petition and administrative proceeding. With more than 10 years of experience, Caroline is well acquainted with the controversial points of trademark legal disputes, the application and interpretation of the provisions of laws, practical examination standards and the existing situation. In addition, she is quite familiar with the Mainland trademark application, and dispute related provisions and handling. Caroline currently works in the Trademark Group of our Intellectual Property Department for assisting clients in handling domestic trademark dispute relief, petition, administrative proceedings and other related matters, as well as case analysis and suggestions on Mainland Chinese trademarks.
